JAKE MCGRAW

Jake McGraw, Director of Development at River Caddis Development, plays a pivotal role in our organization. With responsibilities spanning property and land acquisition, project management, entitlement processes, and asset management, Jake's expertise contributes significantly to our mission. Jake graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ferris State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies with a focus on Real Estate Development. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Louisiana State University. As a licensed real estate salesperson and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Jake brings a depth of knowledge to his role. He holds the designation of HCCP professional and is actively pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation.
